Many people think that once a Will is written, it does not need to be looked at again.
This is not the case.
Not only could legislation changes have an impact on the way your Will is written but so can personal circumstances. Marriage, divorce, new members of the family, loss of members of the family, financial changes and other logistics are all reasons a Will might need to be adjusted or completely rewritten.
